7-Day Return & Exchange Window

We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, but only under specific conditions listed below.


📦 Unboxing Video – Required for All Claims

To process any return or exchange, a clear unboxing video is required — starting from the moment you open the sealed package.

Your video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package

  • You opening the package

  • The product inside

  • The issue (damaged item, missing product, or wrong item)

⚠️ Without this video, we won’t be able to accept your claim.


📋 What Can Be Returned or Exchanged?

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • The product is damaged or broken

  • Something from your order is missing

  • You received the wrong item


💬 Important Notes

  • No Refunds
    We do not offer cash refunds. If your return is approved, you’ll receive a replacement product only.

  • Video Proof is Mandatory
    Returns or complaints without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
